Job summary

PDQ in the United States is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to drive onboarding, expansion, and renewal efforts across PDQ’s product suite. This individual contributor role will own programs targeting engagement, loyalty, and advocacy to support retention and revenue growth.

You will work cross-functionally with email, content, and product marketing to develop and deploy targeted customer marketing campaigns, host events, and report on KPI performance for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience.
• Previous experience driving successful customer marketing programs.
• Strong knowledge of customer marketing principles and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize customer marketing programs (onboarding, cross-sell, renewal).
• Partner with email, content, and product marketing to deploy targeted campaigns.
• Facilitate and host customer marketing events with sales and product experts.
