Job summary

PDQ, based in Salt Lake City, UT, is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to drive onboarding, expansion, and renewal efforts across its product suite. This individual contributor role partners with email, content, and product marketing to develop targeted campaigns, host events, and report on KPI performance to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience.
• Previous experience driving successful customer marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize customer marketing programs.
• Partner with email, content, and product marketing to run campaigns.
• Host customer marketing events with sales and product experts.
• Proactively report on program performance to senior leadership.
• Build KPI reports and present insights regularly.
• Experiment with new opportunities based on research.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on launches and communications.
• Analyze product usage data to identify engagement opportunities.
