Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Customer Experience Strategist to envision, design, and prototype positive customer interactions. You will lead journey maps, ideation sessions, and stakeholder engagement to shape strategic CX initiatives and drive roadmap priorities.

In this role you will champion the voice of the customer across a portfolio of products, conduct experience tests, and collaborate with business leaders to secure investments in short- and long-term customer experience

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of professional experience in customer experience required.
• Experience researching trends and experiences required.
• Experience interviewing stakeholders and documenting results required.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and HIPAA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and prioritize emerging experience trends.
• Collaborate with business leaders on vision and value statements.
• Assist in creating long-term product strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead ideation sessions and document experience artifacts.
• Represent the voice of the customer for a portfolio of products.
• Facilitate events to spread innovation and design thinking across the company.
