Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Customer Experience Strategist to envision, design, and prototype positive customer interactions. You will lead journey maps, ideation, and facilitated events to enhance CX and DX, partnering with stakeholders across the organization.

The role emphasizes VoC leadership, strategy development, and driving improvements in healthcare experiences. You will guide short- and long-term vision, contribute to strategic planning, and manage implementation efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technology related area or equivalent work experience.
• Certification in CX/UX/related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research trends and prioritize emerging CX experiences.
• Collaborate with business leaders on vision and value statements.
• Create long-term product strategies and roadmaps owned by other units.
• Generate design ideas using ideation techniques.
• Document customer journeys and experience artifacts.
• Research customer interactions and implement improvements.
• Lead VoC efforts and ensure alignment with business needs.
