Natera is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to work with medical professionals, patients, and partners. You will handle inquiries, verify information, and coordinate test-related activities across internal teams and customers.

The role involves multi-channel support, HIPAA awareness, and a drive to resolve issues promptly while maintaining quality documentation and relationships with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years (or more) customer service experience.
• Multilingual skills are a strong plus.
• Undergraduate degree or certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Interact with internal and external customers via phone and electronic channels to gather missing information for processing test samples.
• Communicate test status, resend results, and schedule mobile phlebotomy as needed.
• Support Sales with account setups, kit orders, and order tracking.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and complaints; verify customer information and direct/escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain clear documentation of all customer interactions and follow-ups.
