Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas is looking for a Customer Experience Representative to deliver world-class service to members, employers, and providers. The role supports inquiries via phone, email, and written channels and offers remote or onsite work under our Telecommuting Policy.

Applicants must reside in Kansas or Missouri or be willing to relocate. Compensation ranges from $20.96 to $26.20 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package and total rewards.

Responsibilities

• Research, resolve, and respond to inquiries via telephone, written, and email.
• Handle inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, coverage, and payments.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and accurate manner per policy.
• Collaborate with peers and other departments to find solutions.
• Perform assigned duties and special projects as needed.
