You will contribute to relationship building, up-selling opportunities, and maintaining data accuracy while delivering the best customer experience across channels.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience (retail and contact center preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to company-provided technology.
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle omni-channel customer contacts (phone, chat, text, email) to provide sales and service support.
• Build engaging relationships with customers and deliver exceptional personal service.
• Ensure inquiries are managed accurately and per company guidelines while supporting business objectives.
• Educate customers about products, services, promotions, and campaigns; maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
