The KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as the brand ambassador on our North Conway shop floor. You’ll guide customers with personalized styling, keep merchandise organized, and help create an inviting shopping experience across our brands.

In this role you’ll listen to customers’ needs, share product knowledge, and collaborate with teammates to deliver seamless service. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays to fit our store schedule.

Formación

• Experience in customer-focused sales or service is preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable using a point-of-sale system and technology.
