Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a remote-based Customer Service Representative to respond to telephone and email inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about accounts and services. You will act as a liaison between customers and bank departments to ensure solutions meet customer needs.

Starting November 30th, 2026, multiple shift options are available, with a 10% shift differential for late starts. Bilingual Spanish is a plus and language premium applies after assessment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has a minimum of nine months of Contact Center customer service training/experience, 18 months of prior customer service or related experience.
• Experience interacting positively with unsatisfied customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service by responding to telephone or email inquiries, requests, and problems.
• Resolve problems and errors related to fraud support and internet operations.
• Act as a liaison between customers and various U.S. Bank departments to resolve complex customer or technology issues.
