Job summary

Allegion seeks a Customer Experience Specialist I located remotely in the United States, with monthly in-person training within Colorado Springs. The role supports Allegion affiliates by delivering professional customer service via phone, email, and portal, managing orders, returns, and inquiries.

The ideal candidate has 6+ months of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of PC-based software applications (Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel) and basic web applications.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive customer service via phone, email, and portal.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist with inquiries for assigned brand.
• Resolve requests with accurate, timely information and document in CRM.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.
• Troubleshoot initial problems on returns and warranty claims and escalate when needed.
• Follow SOPs for order status, modifications, pricing, and pricing inquiries.
• Utilize ERP/CRM tools to track service requests and maintain data integrity.
• Meet defined service level agreements and participate in ongoing training.
