Foundation Medicine seeks a Customer Experience Executive (CEE) to serve as the main liaison for key FMI accounts. The role ensures end-to-end customer experience across FMI’s product portfolio, handling pre-, peri-, and post-testing inquiries with a focus on service delivery and patient privacy.

The CEE collaborates with internal teams and leadership to tailor services, monitor account activity, and drive improvements that sustain and grow high-priority accounts.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in customer service supporting biotech, healthcare, or healthcare sales roles.
• Lives within 50 miles of defined workload center of territory/accounts.

Mansioni

• Partner with large client accounts to educate and assist in operationalizing FMI’s product portfolio and offerings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to improve account services and implement custom solutions.
• Identify potential operational issues that may delay existing orders and implement resolutions.
• Travel within assigned area up to 30% of the time.
• Attend to emails within 24 hours and maintain regular interactions with key customer contacts.
