Job summary

Ancient Crunch Inc. is seeking a Customer Relations Associate to manage customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency from a remote setting. This role focuses on resolving issues, guiding customers through policies, and contributing to a positive brand experience.

You will engage with multiple teams and use tools like Klaviyo, Gorgias, and Slack to track and improve customer interactions. A Bachelor's degree and EST availability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• East Coast Hours (EST) preferred.
• Experience in customer service and familiarity with podcasting/food brand platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer priority tickets (order and subscription cancellations, address changes).
• Respond to customers clearly and make them feel heard.
• Log quality issues (seasoning, overcooked chips).
• Log fulfillment and shipping issues (missing items, delays, misdelivered packages).
• Know refund, shipping, and subscription policies.
• Forward tickets to necessary departments (marketing, wholesale, tech).
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
