HGS Ltd. Idaho - Work At Home Customer Service Representative is a work-from-home role handling inbound/outbound calls and emails to deliver exceptional customer service in a collaborative environment.

Training will prepare you to confidently assist customers with a personal touch. Ideal candidates are 18+, hold a high school diploma, have 6+ months of customer service experience, and are comfortable using Android and iOS devices with multiple monitors.

Qualifications

• You’re at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• You have at least 6 months of customer service experience and value coaching/feedback.
• You’re caring, friendly and able to assist customers with solutions.
• You’re computer savvy and comfortable with Android/iOS mobile apps.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails to assist customers.
• Identify needs via active listening and follow-up questions.
• Research answers using the knowledgebase and respond with accurate info.
• Document interactions in the appropriate system.
• Create a WOW factor with clear communication and ownership.
• Participate in 1:1 coaching to meet KPIs.
