Talentoma is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our fully remote team in Texas. You will handle customer questions and service tickets within the support team, guided by a team lead, using phone and written communication to provide clear answers and next steps.

The role requires a 40-hour weekly commitment, with work from home flexibility and varying shifts. No prior experience is required, but customer care basics and strong communication help you succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required; related customer care or online support experience preferred.
• Comfort learning CRM and support platforms to review interactions and maintain clear notes.
• Ability to work with a contact-center phone system and various internal tools.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer questions through calls, emails, and service tickets.
• Speak with customers using a contact-center system, restate concerns, and confirm understanding.
• Check and verify customer information in a CRM before discussing account details.
• Create and update service tickets and log next actions in Zendesk.
• Explain service options and next steps in clear language.
• Route requests to appropriate internal teams and provide relevant context.
• Follow up on open questions and keep customers informed until resolved.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the team lead with summarized actions.
• Close tickets after confirming outcomes with customers.
