Avis Budget Group is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to handle worldwide car rental inquiries, pre, during and post rental interactions. You will resolve issues, communicate policies and negotiate solutions to boost satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required. Associate degree preferred.
• Three years of related customer service experience.
• WFH experience preferred and ability to work independently.
