Scalejet, an international e-commerce company with a strong USA presence, is seeking a Customer Care Specialist for a full-time remote position. You will provide phone-based support and help customers with orders, shipping, and product questions in a friendly, solutions-focused manner.

The ideal candidate has call center or Amazon customer service experience, excellent verbal and written communication, and a calm, empathetic attitude. Remote work and US hours are required.

Qualificações

• Fluent English with a clear US accent.
• Experience in call centers, receptionist, or Amazon phone support.
• Empathetic, patient, and able to de-escalate tense situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with CRM tools and call management systems.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
• Available during US business hours (9 AM–5 PM EST/PST).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide phone-based support to customers in a courteous, clear manner.
• Handle inquiries about orders, shipping, product issues, warranties, and returns.
• Remain calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented with frustrated customers.
• Accurately log all customer interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated issues.
• Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience.
• Represent the company brand with integrity in every interaction.
