KnowFully Learning Group is seeking an Associate, Customer Care (English) for a full-time, remote position based in Radnor, PA, US. The role focuses on assisting customers, driving sales, and maintaining high service standards.

Salary starts at $18 per hour with benefits including health, dental, vision, life, disability, PTO, and a 401(k) with employer match. Shift schedule: Mon–Thu 8:30AM–5:00PM or 11:30AM–8:00PM EST; Fri 9:30AM–6:00PM EST.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM and Zendesk; Dynamics experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage large volumes of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build trust through open, interactive communication.
• Provide accurate information using appropriate tools.
• Handle complaints with timely resolutions and follow-up.
• Maintain records of customer interactions.
• Follow procedures and policies.
• Identify sales leads.
