Job summary

KnowFully Learning Group is seeking an Associate, Customer Care to act as a liaison, guide customers, and resolve issues with accuracy and efficiency. This hourly position drives sales while maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction.

The role offers a starting rate of $18 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, disability, PTO, and a 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM and Zendesk systems; Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build relationships of trust through open communication.
• Provide accurate information using the right tools.
• Handle complaints and provide solutions within time limits and follow up.
• Keep records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.
• Identify sales leads.
