Job summary

Balance Staffing is seeking a Customer Care Representative for a direct-hire role. The schedule runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET, with 35 classroom training days plus 8 nesting days. Training pay starts at $15/hour, rising to $16/hour after training and production.

This remote-based position requires an approved U.S. state residence, strong communication skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Benefits include medical, vision, and dental coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of call center/customer service experience.
• 1+ year of work-from-home experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
• Must pass background and credit checks.
• Must reside in an approved U.S. state.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound customer calls professionally.
• Assist with billing, payments, outages, and service requests.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information.
• Navigate multiple systems and document customer interactions.
• Meet quality, productivity, and attendance goals.
