Bilingual - Customer Care Representative (Spanish)-REMOTE

Type of Role:Direct Hire

Schedule & Training

Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET
Training: 35 classroom days + 8 days of nesting

Weather-related events may require 12-hour shifts, evenings, weekends, or holidays. Storm duty may occasionally be mandatory.

Location: Remote Pay

• Training: $16.50/hour
• After Training / Production: $17.50/hour

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED.
• 1+ year of call center/customer service experience.
• 1+ year of work-from-home experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
• Must pass background and credit checks.
• Must reside in an approved U.S. state.

Work-from-Home Requirements

• Dedicated, distraction-free workspace.
• Hard-wired internet connection; wireless, satellite, and hotspots are not permitted.
• Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload.

Preferred Experience

• Call center experience
• Medicare and/or Medicaid experience
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems while assisting customers by phone
