Responsibilities

• Complete required basic training successfully.
• Respond to customer questions via phone and written correspondence about benefits, contracts, eligibility and claims.
• Analyze problems and provide information/solutions.
• Document information, activities and changes in the database.
• Maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with internal teams to address requests promptly.
• Research data to address operational challenges and customer service issues.
• Provide information to external and internal customers.
• Handle routine follow-up calls/emails under supervision.
• Use computerized systems for tracking and troubleshooting.
