Training lasts several weeks, followed by a flexible 8-hour shift within business hours. Location is within commutable distance to Colorado Springs, CO.

Qualifications

• Requires a HS diploma or equivalent and experience in an automated customer service environment.
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills; problem-solving, facilitation and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to work any 8-hour shift across multiple time zones and to operate 100% virtually.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence about insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility, and claims.
• Analyzes problems and provides information/solutions; documents inquiry outcomes accurately.
• Uses PC systems to gather, document, and track information; maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with internal teams.
• Handles multiple tasks (calls, texts, emails) and uses digital tools to improve productivity and resolve issues.
