DIRECTV is seeking a Specialist, Customer Care Operations Project Management to support Customer Care/Call Center initiatives with growing independence. You will execute predefined project assignments and apply project management fundamentals to deliver tasks within the Loyalty, Care, and Sales Centers.

This role emphasizes using AI and digital productivity tools to support documentation, testing, and process improvement, while reviewing AI outputs for accuracy and business context.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant project management experience.
• Working knowledge of project management principles and tools.
• Knowledge of Customer Care operations preferred, including front-end systems.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience using generative AI or AI-assisted tools for research, data analysis, or workflow improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supports project management tasks for internal and external Customer Care operations.
• Applies PM skills for scope, quality, schedule, and resource management.
• Uses AI and digital tools to support documentation, testing, and process improvements.
• Reviews AI-generated information for accuracy and business context.
• Executes test cases and documents results for front-end system testing.
• Develops stakeholder communication and supports project tracking.
