Job summary

McCormick & Company, Incorporated seeks a Customer Business Manager I to develop programs and plans for strategic ecommerce accounts, including Amazon and Whole Foods. This remote role requires the ability to work in EST hours and collaborate with cross-functional teams in the US Consumer Products Division.

You will build strong customer relationships, manage merchandising, pricing, and trade investments, and use data tools to drive growth across key retailers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• OR 6 years’ directly related experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of sales, marketing, or related experience, including retail buying, revenue management, or trade marketing.
• 2 years’ experience managing customer base.
• Analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency in standard business and analytical tools.
• Understanding of how Sales integrates with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Analytical mindset and data tools experience (Circana, Nielsen, Vendor Central).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Manage Merchandising, Assortment, Pricing, and Shelving.
• Oversee trade promotion investments and spend.
• Leverage data sources to deliver ecommerce insights.
• Coordinate with direct and broker channels for marketplace execution.
