In this role you will own the CAB, develop event-focused customer programming, and collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and CS to convert customer insights into revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing and demand generation.
• Proven track record building or scaling customer advocacy programs.
• Excellent written and storytelling skills.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer advocacy, advisory board, and expansion programs.
• Develop customer storytelling, case studies, and reference materials.
• Drive customer participation in review platforms like G2.
• Design lifecycle campaigns in HubSpot and align with renewal timing.
• Coordinate with CS, Sales, Product Marketing to expand opportunities.
• Track and report program ROI and expansion pipeline.
• Represent customer marketing at industry events.
