The role is fully remote and contractor-driven with potential for full-time. Requirements include 3+ years in curriculum development or instructional design, a bachelor's in Education or related field, and strong Google Workspace proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and understand 45+ educational programs.
• Design and optimize lessons, unit plans, assessments, and guides.
• Ensure alignment with standards and learning objectives.
• Organize materials within a CMS using Google Drive and Smartsheet.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and deliver PD materials.
• Define program-specific performance indicators with the Success team.
• Support standardization and scalability of the educational experience.
