• Define and execute the technology strategy for a global engineering organization.

• Drive practical adoption of AI, LLMs, and automation across products.
• Establish success metrics for AI initiatives and ensure measurable impact.
• Lead Engineering Managers, Technical Leads, and data teams to high performance.
• Collaborate with CEO, Product, and Commercial teams to align strategy.
