Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least five years in technology strategy or related fields for Manager.
• Eight+ years in technology strategy and transformation for Senior Manager.
• Experience in strategy consulting and business case development.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic technology transformation engagements for CMT clients.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams and advise senior executives.
• Develop AI-enabled operating models and workforce designs.
