Job summary

SQRL is seeking a CTMS Specialist to support setup, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of its Clinical Trial Management System. The role focuses on creating and updating CTMS templates for study visits, budgets, start-up activities, and billable items, with hands-on collaboration across sites.

Candidates should have 2–3+ years in clinical research, experience with CTMS platforms like Clinasyst or RealTime, and be proficient in Microsoft Office 365.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience with CTMS platforms.
• 2–3+ years of clinical research experience, ideally with site operations.
• Experience creating, modifying, or maintaining templates in a CTMS.
• Strong understanding of clinical research workflows and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration to support clinical and financial teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CTMS templates for study visits, budgets, start-up activities, and billable items.
• Update CTMS templates as protocols and budgets change.
• Assist sites with CTMS data cleanup and accounts receivable cleanup.
• Audit system updates to ensure templates and software function correctly.
• Train clinical and financial team members on CTMS processes as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve CTMS workflows and effectiveness.
