Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Clinical Research, Public Health, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Two (2) years of relevant experience in clinical research, healthcare analytics, business intelligence, research administration, or research systems support.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise research dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visualizations using Power BI, Advarra Analytics, and other tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and develop analytics solutions for operational and strategic research needs.
• Serve as a backup resource for OnCore support, assisting with user support, testing, and data integrity initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data governance, and operational efficiency.
• Develop user guides and training materials for reporting tools and dashboards.
