Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) is seeking a Remote Clinical Research Analytics & Systems Analyst to serve as the primary source for metrics, reporting, analytics, and data visualization across the research enterprise.

You will develop, maintain, and analyze performance metrics using Power BI, Advarra Analytics, OnCore, and other systems to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Two (2) years of relevant experience in clinical research, healthcare analytics, BI, or research systems support.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze operational and strategic performance metrics across the research enterprise.
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI and other analytics tools to support data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with OCR leadership, investigators, study teams, and IT to ensure data timeliness and accuracy.
• Reconcile OnCore invoicing with Workday data to monitor revenue, payments, and balances.
