Analyze research operational data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance improvement initiatives. Develop recurring and ad hoc reports for OCR leadership, research administration offices, departments, and institutional committees. Translate complex data into meaningful visualizations and executive-level summaries to support organizational analysis and decision-making. Monitor and report on key research performance indicators, including study activation timelines, participant accrual against study targets, participant status, data entry timeliness and completeness, research financial performance, and operational efficiency. 30% - Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and develop analytics solutions that support operational and strategic research needs.
