Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) is seeking a Manager, Ambulatory Operations to support MCP’s ambulatory network and Executive Director for Ambulatory Operations. This role emphasizes operational support, project management, and data-driven analyses across pillar goals and locations.

Responsibilities include tracking metrics, developing review processes with leadership, and executing plans to improve performance in collaboration with system and division teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in health administration or business administration.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or relevant work experience.
• 1+ years progressive work experience.
• 5 years progressive work experience in related roles (as described in job description)

Responsibilities

• Track and organize operational metrics across MCP ambulatory locations.
• Develop processes to review metrics with MCP ambulatory leadership.
• Execute project plans to improve performance in partnership with system and division level teams.
• Support budget processes and assist leaders to meet key operational goals.
• Collaborate with leaders to establish operating procedures and improve workflows across delivery settings.
