Stride, Inc. seeks a part-time Career and Technical Education Program Coordinator for Idaho Technical Career Academy (ITCA).

The role collaborates with administrators, student services, and teachers to deliver career development services, linking students with parents, business, and postsecondary organizations. You will help ensure program funding and compliance, coordinate career planning activities, and support student transitions to postsecondary education and employment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three (3) years CRE experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to clear required background check.

Responsabilidades

• Assist students with selecting appropriate academic CRE courses and coordinate career planning activities.
• Provide and coordinate administration and interpretation of career assessments.
• Inform on postsecondary education programs and employment opportunities; assist students with opportunities.
• Facilitate work-based learning opportunities and develop employability skills.
• Promote integration of career research into CRE and academic courses; use technology for planning and research.
• Serve as liaison with business, industry, education, and military communities to support CRE partnerships.
• Publicize partnership resources.
• Participate in professional development to stay current with trends and careers.
