Job summary

Wet Willie's in Kennesaw, GA is seeking a CSR I to interact extensively with customers and ensure ultimate satisfaction. A positive, can-do attitude is a must, and you will present a professional image to customers and vendors while responding promptly to inquiries.

You will handle requests by phone, email or chat, assist with returns, verify pricing and stock information, and coordinate with other departments to complete orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 3 years experience in customer service environment, or related transferable skills
• Restaurant equipment and supplies knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors
• Respond timely and accurately to all incoming customer correspondence
• Receives customers' requests by telephone, email or chat, analyzes requests, provides information requested or ascertains who best can provide the information, and routes the request to the proper person
• Assists in returns and replacements as needed
• Analyzes transactions, corrects records, and adjusts errors
• Provide accurate information regarding pricing and availability of in-stock items
• Communicates with other departments for order completion
• Resolves customer questions related to orders, places orders where opportunity is present
• Maintains 90% minimum average in customer service and sales area quality assurance reviews
• Has knowledge of product line, prices, delivery time, drop ship items, various marketing promotional services, and similar data, as required
• Remain current with product knowledge by attending vendor meetings/training and participating in provided training/education
• Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items
• Manage time effectively, meet personal and goals and work effectively with other members of the distribution team
• Maintain proficiency in using personal computer, data entry terminal and other common office equipment and software
• Report any system or product inaccuracies
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Performs other all duties as assigned by supervisor
