Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational, administrative, and project coordination skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
• Experience with web-based platforms, databases, workflow systems, and document management tools.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to create reports, presentations, dashboards, and communications materials.
• Ability to develop visually appealing presentations, flyers, and newsletters.
• Knowledge of PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Acrobat for design tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Vice President of CSR, including scheduling, correspondence, travel, expenses, and meeting coordination.
• Coordinate departmental operations, records, budgets, invoices, vendors, procurement, and special projects.
• Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, meeting notes, dashboards, and follow-up materials.
• Maintain SharePoint sites, forms, procedures, records, and document management systems; support reporting and process improvement.
• Coordinate the back-end administration of charitable contributions, sponsorships, grants, and other community investment commitments.
• Maintain platform records and track funding, outcomes, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate employee volunteer opportunities and community engagement activities.
• Develop materials and support company-wide campaigns promoting the CSR mission.
• Create communications materials, presentations, and intranet content.
• Collaborate with Communications and Marketing to ensure brand alignment.
