Job summary

Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island (BCBSRI) is seeking a CSR Operations & Community Engagement Coordinator to provide administrative, operational, and programmatic support to the CSR Vice President and department.

You will coordinate department operations, community investment administration, employee volunteer engagement, stakeholder communications, and end-to-end sponsorships and contributions fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational and project coordination skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in administrative coordination or nonprofit administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the VP of CSR, including scheduling, travel, expenses, and meeting coordination.
• Coordinate departmental operations, records, budgets, invoices, vendors, procurement and special projects.
• Coordinate the backend administration of charitable contributions, sponsorships, grants, and other community investments and reporting.
• Develop department communications, presentations, flyers, signage, newsletters, toolkits, dashboards, and event materials.
