This role provides administrative, operational, and programmatic support to the CSR VP and department, handling community investment, volunteer engagement, and stakeholder communications.

You will maintain platforms, manage budgets and dashboards, and coordinate across partners, vendors, and BCBSRI associates to advance the social mission, with emphasis on accuracy and process

Qualifications

• Three to five years of administrative coordination experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with web-based platforms, databases, and document management.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the VP of CSR, including scheduling and travel.
• Coordinate departmental operations, budgets, invoices, and vendors.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain SharePoint, forms, and records; support reporting.
