Qualifications

• Strong customer-service and professional telephone skills.
• Experience in banking, financial services, retirement benefits, 401(k), insurance, healthcare claims, payment processing or call-center operations.
• Knowledge of financial transactions and payment systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple inquiries.
• Flexibility to work rotational schedules, including night and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with retirement-plan and benefit-payment inquiries.
• Explain lump-sum distributions, rollovers, death benefits and loan withdrawals.
• Support payment processing, check reconciliation, tax forms, ACH transactions, debit cards and bill payments.
• Resolve client concerns accurately and professionally.
• Maintain detailed client records and follow established procedures.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every interaction.
