Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 0-2 years of related contact center, customer service, dental office, or insurance experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with policyholders, providers, plan participants, and partners by phone or email to answer questions and resolve issues.
• Documents customer inquiries and data electronically.
• Provides back-office support to service teams.
• Protects confidentiality to ensure privacy compliance.
