American Income Life is seeking a remote, client-facing representative to manage scheduled virtual appointments and maintain relationships with members seeking information about supplemental benefit programs. You will explain options, answer questions, and guide clients through enrollment with ongoing support.

Ideal candidates are dependable, motivated, and comfortable using computers and virtual platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or another people-focused environment can be helpful, but previous experience isn’t required.
• Applicants must be able to successfully complete a routine background check.
