Responsibilities

• Coordinate and confirm virtual member appointments
• Meet with members through video conference or phone
• Identify individual needs through conversation and active listening
• Introduce and explain available benefit programs
• Provide clear answers to questions about available options
• Assist members with online forms and required documentation
• Keep digital client records accurate and up to date
• Manage follow-up communication and outstanding requests
• Maintain professional relationships with the members you assist
• Participate in team training and development sessions
