Job summary

Sinch is seeking a Customer Success Project Management and Strategy Manager to lead multi-functional CS initiatives and strategic analyses. You will partner with Sales, Product, CS Excellence, Finance and Data to improve NRR and customer outcomes while driving structured project delivery and change management.

You will apply project discipline and problem-solving to shape CS strategy and operating models, ensuring delivery of OKRs and scalable processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project/program management, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or CS operations.
• Ownership mentality to drive cross-functional projects to completion.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; comfortable with SQL or BI tools.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and present clear recommendations.
• Working knowledge of CS concepts: onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, expansion.
• Experience with project management tools and CS platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional CS projects and scale upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
• Own delivery of CS annual OKRs and project plans with milestones, owners, budgets, risks.
• Maintain a single view of active initiatives with intake and prioritization.
• Develop lightweight templates and status cadences for teams.
• Provide regular leadership dashboards and risk flags with options.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, CS Ops, Finance and Data to improve NRR and outcomes.
