Qualificações

• 2+ years of patent prosecution experience focused on computer science.
• Strong client-service orientation and collaboration with teams.
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with inventors and draft CS patent applications for USPTO filing.
• Prosecuting patent applications before USPTO and interfacing with Examiners.
• Manage a docket across various clients, from startups to Fortune 500.
• Assist with opinions, due diligence, and landscape analyses; support post-grant work.
