Bookoff McAndrews (BoMc) is seeking an Electrical Engineering Patent Attorney with 2+ years of patent prosecution experience to join our firm. This role is fully remote, offering elite work with a collaborative culture and access to top-ranked IP practice.

You will draft patent applications, prosecute before the USPTO, and work with inventors, clients, and other BoMc attorneys to refine claim strategies while supporting ongoing professional growth and a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of patent prosecution experience in electrical engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong client service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team.

Responsabilités

• Draft patent applications and prosecute before the USPTO, including interviewing examiners.
• Manage a docket across a mix of start-ups to Fortune 500 clients.
• Draft noninfringement and invalidity opinions and conduct due diligence.
• Handle post-grant proceedings including IPRs.
