Bookoff McAndrews (BoMc) seeks an Electrical Engineering Patent Attorney with 2+ years of patent prosecution experience to join our firm in a 100% remote role in the United States.

You will draft patent applications, prosecute before the USPTO, interview Examiners, and collaborate with clients and other BoMc attorneys to refine claim strategies. You will also proactively manage a docket across diverse clients and support post-grant proceedings.

Qualifications

• Experience prosecuting electrical engineering patents.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Draft patent applications and prosecute before the USPTO; interview Examiners.
• Manage a docket across a mix of clients from startups to Fortune 500s.
• Draft opinions and conduct due diligence and landscape analyses under supervision.
• Support post-grant proceedings, including Inter Partes Reviews.
