What You’ll Do

• Connect with union members and credit union clients who requested information about available benefits
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations through Zoom
• Understand client needs and explain available supplemental benefit options clearly and professionally
• Guide individuals through the enrollment process step-by-step
• Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with documentation standards
• Provide responsive follow-up and ongoing client support
