• Basic knowledge of blockchain, web3, staking, ROI/staking rewards, self-custody, and/or crypto.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends to support 24/7 crypto markets.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills with a focus on customer success.
• Flexible and adaptable to evolving needs of a high-growth organization.
• Eager to learn about Coinbase products and crypto industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Promote customer retention, growth and satisfaction by maintaining positive long-term relationships and proactive outreach.
• Provide best-in-class customer support, guiding issues to resolution and coordinating with subject-matter teams.
