You will leverage cruise industry knowledge to tailor options to client preferences, budgets, and needs, while delivering exceptional service in a remote, sales-driven environment.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple bookings independently.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel sales, reservations or customer service preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with cruise inquiries, reservations and modifications via phone, email and online platforms.
• Provide guidance on destinations, itineraries, ship amenities and travel requirements.
• Process bookings and payments accurately per company policies.
• Maintain relationships with clients through personalized service and follow-ups.
• Stay updated on cruise line promotions and travel regulations.
• Collaborate with cruise partners to secure the best deals and perks.
• Address client concerns and troubleshoot booking issues professionally.
• Upsell travel services such as excursions and travel insurance.
