Job summary

Network Travel Careers is seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Cruise Booking Agent to help clients select, book, and manage cruise vacations from home. This remote role requires strong communication, sales skills, and organizational ability.

You will advise on cruise lines, destinations, and ship amenities; process bookings and payments; and upsell additional travel services while maintaining client relationships and staying current on promotions.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel sales, reservations, or customer service.
• Strong knowledge of cruise lines, destinations, and trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple bookings.
• Sales mindset with a passion for vacations.
• Proficiency with online booking systems and CRM software.
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely.
• CLIA or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with cruise inquiries, reservations, and modifications via phone, email, and online platforms
• Provide guidance on destinations, itineraries, ship amenities, and travel requirements
• Process bookings and payments accurately per policy
• Maintain relationships with clients through personalized service and follow-ups
• Stay updated on cruise promotions, policies, and regulations
• Collaborate with cruise partners to secure deals and perks
• Address client concerns and troubleshoot booking issues
• Upsell travel services such as excursions, insurance, and pre/post-cruise stays
